Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are our own crews working under the same schedule as the structure — not three separate subcontractors negotiating for the same weeks on the calendar. Add site work and excavation in-house, and one team can take a project from raw ground to final walkthrough.
That model is why Horst Co has become a design-build specialist for custom airport hangars: a hangar is site work, structure, doors, power, and climate all in one building, and it goes better when one accountable team owns all of it.
