Electrical is one of the three core trades Horst Co keeps in-house. On a new building that means the rough-in, service, distribution, lighting, and controls are installed by crews working the same schedule as the structure. On an existing facility it means service and panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, and repairs handled by people who understand how commercial buildings are put together.
Scope we handle
- New-construction wiring from service entrance through final trim.
- Service and panel upgrades when a facility outgrows its capacity.
- Lighting and controls for shops, offices, warehouses, and hangars.
- Hangar and shop power — high-bay lighting, equipment circuits, and the receptacles crews actually need.
- Site and exterior lighting, including the underground runs our site crew trenches.
The self-perform difference
When the electrical contractor is also the general contractor, there is no gap between what the building needs and what gets installed. Conduit goes in before the slab is poured, panels land where the design put them, and the schedule does not stall waiting on a sub.
