Horst Company (“Horst Co,” “we,” “us”) is a commercial contractor based in Tullahoma, TN. Service providers that act on our behalf and are bound to use the information only for us: the services that host this website, deliver contact-form submissions to our inbox, protect the form from spam, provide our email and business phone and text-messaging system, and support our accounting and project-management tools.
Project partners such as engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and permitting authorities, when it is necessary to deliver a project you have hired us for.
Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our people, clients, or others.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Horst Co, we may text you about your inquiry, estimate, or project: for example, to confirm a site visit, share a scheduling update, follow up on a bid, or answer a question you asked us. We send only conversational and informational messages related to your project; we do not send promotional text campaigns.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Your phone number and your agreement to receive text messages are used only by Horst Co to communicate with you. They are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Our text-messaging service provider processes messages solely on our behalf to deliver them.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required by our contracts, warranties, and applicable law. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, they are privacy-respecting and collect aggregate page views without identifying you. The spam-protection service on our contact form may set a short-lived cookie solely to tell people from automated bots.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
